INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS

Eligibility for Admission to NURSERY

1. Children born on or between 01-04-2023 to 31-03-2024.
2. Fill all the details ONLINE carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Printout of Registration form along with photocopies of Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate after submitting ONLINE must be deposited in the box kept at Gate No. 2 of
St. Joseph’s Convent School, Cantt Road, Jalandhar on 26th September 2026 (Saturday) and 27th September 2026 (Sunday). Time: 8:30am to 12 noon.
4. List of eligible candidates for Interaction along with date and time will be put up on the school notice board and school website (www.stjosephsconventjalandhar.com) on 29th September 2026 (Tuesday). No personal intimation will be given.
5. The selection for NURSERY will be made on the basis of interaction. Admissions are solely in the hands of the school management.
6. You are permitted to register in one school either St. Joseph’s Convent School, Cantt. Road, or our branch school at St. Joseph’s Convent Junior School, Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar. If a candidate’s name appears in both the places it will lead to disqualification.
7. Any attempt to use friends or influential people in procuring recommendations for admission will lead to disqualification.
8. Parents may be approached for a ‘Donation fee’ to guarantee admission for the child. Please do not deal with such person. School does not accept donations.
9. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Note: Entry of correct date of birth in school record.
The Registrar General of India (Population), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has directed that all schools must record the Date of Birth of students as per the Birth Certificates under RBD Act, 1969.
